Program Description:

A large part of managing conflict productively is about telling the truth. The truth about how we see the situation, what we want, and how we feel. Telling the truth, however, is about as easy and pleasurable as bathing a cat. [1]
Spend an hour with Carol Bowser and learn concrete skills that improve working relationships, manage workplace conflict, and bath that darn Cat!
