In 2002 Carol founded Conflict Management Strategies, a company emphasizing training and consulting on conflict resolution in schools and workplace. She works with companies of all sizes to increase productivity by improving working relationships. Carol is a licensed attorney in Washington State. She earned her law degree at Seattle University School of Law. In 1997 Carol began training in the areas of conflict resolution, communication skills, negotiating and leadership. Carol also brings her talents to the University of Phoenix Tacoma campus in the areas of Employment Law and Business Law.
